Zimmerman's lawyers argue her testimony should not be used in the case, nor should it have been released to the public. However, jurors should be allowed to hear the woman's testimony, if she is willing to appear in court (even behind a screen) and tell her story, as it speaks to his lack of character. Additionally, Zimmerman and his wife lying to the court about how much money they have, in order to receive a very low bail, says they cannot be believed or trusted and are lying about other items, such as Martin's murder.
