Another woman has died from a risky butt enlargement
procedure. Police in New York found 43-year-old Lesbia Ayala
suffering from cardiac arrest in a Bronx house. She was rushed to
the hospital and pronounced dead. Police are investigating the case,
unsure of where the dangerous procedure was actually done.

Police have established Ayala's death is a homicide
and authorities do have a suspect. A woman named Whalesca Castillo
lives at the property Ayala was found dying. Castillo is known for
doing illegal butt lifts for $1,000 per unlawful session. The
coroner's report stated Ayala died of "systemic silicone embolism
syndrome" from "cosmetic silicone injections of buttocks and
thighs."

In 2011, Castillo was arrested for injecting illegal
silicone into women's buttocks and thighs, then sealing it with
Krazy Glue. She was arrested and served 1-year in prison for the
crime that left people with permanent injuries. In 2014 she was
arrested again for doing the same illegal butt injections, which
harmed more people. Undeterred, she began doing treatments again,
but this time it turned fatal via Ayala's death.

A number of women have died from silicone butt
injections and butt lifts. The butt injections entail injecting
silicone beads into the buttocks, which begin to swell. However,
they also get into the bloodstream and cause medical complications,
such as an embolism. The butt lift is an actual surgical procedure
that transfers fat from other parts of the body to the buttocks.
However, a number of women have gone into cardiac arrest.
