An unnamed woman who has been in a vegetative state for the past 10-years has given birth to a baby while at a nursing home. The Hacienda HealthCare nursing home in Phoenix, Arizona, heard the unconscious woman moaning in her sleep, which occurred due to the fact her water had broken and she was giving birth. The baby is said to be healthy and doing well. There are so many questions that need answering. What type of medication was she being given while in the vegetative state. The mere fact they heard her moaning due to labor pains says she can still feel pain, even in her vegetative state.

The staff was unaware the patient has become pregnant, which clearly occurred due to rape, as she was under their care for the past decade. Police have opened an investigation into the case. All the current and former workers at the Hacienda HealthCare nursing home need to be DNA tested to figure out who is the father of the child. If that fails to provide answers regarding the paternity of the child, the DNA testing pool will need to be widened to cover all guests, until an answer is obtained.
