This is a follow up to the September 25, 2019 article "Beyonce Insists Blue Ivy Is A Cultural Icon While Trying To Steal Trademark Of The Name Which Existed Before The Child Was Even Conceived" and the September 27, 2019 article "Beyonce Ridiculed And Mocked On Social Networking For Referring To Daughter Blue Ivy As A ‘Cultural Icon’."

This week it is being reported that "Blue Ivy" trademark owner, Veronica Morales, has rebuffed Beyonce's suggestion that her 7-year-old daughter Blue Ivy is a cultural icon. Morales shares the same view as the rest of the population. The only people who believe Blue Ivy is a cultural icon are her parents and the equally insane Bey-Hive fanatics, who are only a few unhinged people waging crazy social networking wars against innocent people.

Morales stated in court papers that Blue Ivy does not meet the definition or standard of what is required to be considered a cultural icon. On October 3, 2019 Yahoo entertainment reported, "Beyonce's company is trying to skirt the law, and recently argued that the 7-year-old Blue Ivy Carter is a cultural icon in the United States. According to Wikipedia, a cultural icon is an artifact that is identified by members of a culture as representative of that culture, such as apple pie, baseball, and the United States flag."

Morales also stated of Beyonce in legal papers, "With all due respect, Blue Ivy Carter definitely is not a cultural icon. That would be someone like Benjamin Franklin, Elvis Presley or Marilyn Monroe. Celebrities need to follow the law like everyone else."

However, that's the problem isn't it. Celebrities like Beyonce and her homely looking husband, Jay Z, think they are above the law. Hence the long list of lawsuits against them for criminal activity, such as racketeering, fraud and copyright infringement (Beyonce And Jay Z Copyright Infringement).

Beyonce's conduct is making a mockery of her daughter, who didn't ask for this. It has opened her child up to intense scorn, criticism and insults on social networking, due to her mother's greedy acts of trying to steal the trademarked name belonging to a business owner, who came up with it and registered the mark before, Blue Ivy the child, was ever conceived.

Contrary to what Beyonce is publicly claiming, Blue Ivy has not accomplished anything. As it stands, Beyonce stole copyrighted music from others and slapped her name and that of her daughter and husband on the songs (Beyonce Songs 'Spirit' And 'Brown Skin Girl' From The Movie 'The Lion King' Contains Copyright Infringement And Contradictions).

Her daughter is not a songwriter. Her daughter is not a singer. Her daughter is not a celebrity. Her daughter is a child. Beyonce is a schizophrenic liar to be making these fraudulent claims. Morales has also formally accused Beyonce of fraud in illegally trying to register the preexisting trademark Blue Ivy.

Beyonce is also suffering from the mental disorder "delusions of grandeur" to refer to her child as a "cultural icon." She also thinks she is more famous than Michael Jackson, which is crazy. Jackson is the most famous singer in music history. Beyonce's career pales in comparison. He has sold more albums, singles, concert tickets and merchandising than she has or ever will. Beyonce hasn't even sold 1% in sales of what Jackson did in his career. None of her songs have reached the massive hit status that Jackson's did during his career.

Beyonce' conduct is also causing many people on social networking to slam the singer, calling her every name in the book for trying to defraud Morales (and others). Beyonce's brand is going up in smoke over cases such as this trademark infringement matter, as she has been unmasked as an absolute thief, who has been stealing many people's property to unlawfully gain money and awards that are unearned (Beyonce And Jay Z Copyright Infringement). Mark my words, it is all going to come crashing down.
