Beyonce Insists Blue Ivy Is A Cultural Icon While Trying To Steal Trademark Of The Name Which Existed Before The Child Was Even Conceived

September 25. 2019

Beyonce and Blue Ivy

Arrogant, thieving singer Beyonce, continues her greedy trademark cases against bridal website Blue Ivy (Beyonce And Jay Z Copyright Infringement). The bridal website and business were registered years before Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy was even conceived. However, the greedy singer wants the trademark and has been violating the rights of the preexisting business, Blue Ivy, owned by Wendy Morales, in criminal bids at obtaining the name.

Yahoo News is reporting that, "Morales recently accused Beyoncé of committing fraud when she filed out the trademark application." Beyonce arrogantly disputed in court papers, "That consumers are likely to be confused between a boutique wedding event planning business and Blue Ivy Carter, the daughter of two of the most famous performers in the world, is frivolous and should be refused in its entirety.”

Beyonce is trying to steal a trademark, while arrogantly insulting the individual that created the name, she later chose for her daughter. This is typical Hollyweird arrogance. They violate people's rights in stealing, get abusive, then insanely act like the victim. It is a mental disorder.

Deluded Beyonce also refers to her 7-year-old daughter Blue Ivy in court papers as a "cultural icon" when so many people do not know who the child is from Adam (not to mention, even the President of the United States mispronounced Beyonce's name, derisively calling her "bouncy"). Blue Ivy has done nothing of merit or note. Being the child of two thieving celebrities, whose sales have been in a very pronounced decline, is not a job. Beyonce is acting like Blue Ivy is the Baby Jesus. She is crazy.

Beyonce is known for stealing photos, songs, music videos and documentaries straight off the internet, where she constantly searches for items to steal (Beyonce Has Been Stealing Documentaries In Violation Of Copyright Law While Fraudulently Labeling Herself A Director And Producer). How do we know that Beyonce, who is a massive thief, didn't see the bridal website Blue Ivy, when she was preparing to marry butt ugly, toad face rapper, Jay Z, and decided to use the name for her yet-to-be conceived daughter. Many women decide years in advance what to name their children before they are even conceived.

Beyonce is attempting to set a dangerous legal precedent. This means you could come up with an original name for your business and some greedy star sees it, likes it, uses it, then challenges you in court in order to steal your intellectual property. This is a complete abuse of the law and very disgraceful.
