White supremacist blogger, Hal Turner, who was outed by hackers several months ago as an FBI informant, was arrested for incendiary posts on his websites, that he attempted to defend as free speech and freedom of the press, when it was actually death threats. Learn the difference.

One can say and write what one wants, but when you start threatening people's lives and calling for their deaths on your site, you've entered illegal territory that is punishable by imprisonment. When you start threatening to kill people, you've broken the law. Stop inciting and encouraging violence.

Side Bar: regarding the FBI, as the phrase goes, they sure know how to pick'em. It makes me think of the James Bulger case.
