Was she near radioactive materials or something. She's looking a lot older than her years. Then again, when you've had more drugs in you than CVS that's bound to happen.

A court in Los Angeles has denied Britney Spears’ appeal in her misdemeanor criminal case, regarding the pop flop driving without a license. The case will proceeded in the criminal court.

She should not have taken this gamble with the prosecution, as she is the one that broke the law and on camera. However, Britney believes being a celebrity means the law does not apply to her and she can criminally violate it at other people’s expense.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Britney Spears may have to stand trial for driving without a valid license after all. A three-judge panel in Los Angeles on Tuesday denied a motion by Spears' attorney seeking a delay in the trial and a possible reduction in the charge.
