This is a follow up to yesterday’s Judiciary Report article “Cuba Gooding Jr Facing Expanded Charges In Sexual Assault Case As 14 New Women Come Forward And Bartender Sues Him.” 51-year-old Hollywood actor Cuba Gooding Jr., has been hit with new charges for a third time in the sexual assault case that has been brought against him by the State of New York.

Gooding was originally arrested after a complaint was filed and police observed him on CCTV footage groping a 29-year-old woman at a New York night club. Since that time 14 new women have come forward alleging Gooding sexually assaulted them in various incidents. 12 of the women are eligible to testify in the current criminal case.

Yesterday, prosecutors added 4 additional misdemeanor charges against the actor, regarding a third woman, who stated Gooding sexually assaulted her as well. Gooding is a raging alcoholic, who has a habit of going to night clubs and engaging in sexually inappropriate speech and conduct. There are two incidents of such misconduct on tape. Gooding’s alcoholism and promiscuity ruined his marriage, which ended in divorce and is now threatening to take his freedom.

The 51-year-old actor, who was already facing four misdemeanor charges for allegations from two other women, will be arraigned in the third case next week, according to his attorney, Mark Jay Heller.
