The Feds Expose R Kelly In Court As Having Genital Herpes And Infecting Girls With The Virus

The Feds are going for singer R Kelly's neck. They have entered eye opening evidence in the federal criminal case against him in New York for sexually abusing underage girls and transporting them across state lines for immoral purposes (which violates the Mann Act). This week federal prosecutors confirmed, via Kelly's medical records, that he has an "infectious venereal disease."

In 2018, R Kelly denied having genital herpes, when he was sued by his teenage girlfriend Faith Rodgers for infecting her with the virus (51-Year-Old Singer R Kelly Sued By Teenage Girlfriend For Giving Her Herpes And Holding Her Hostage). However, the Feds revealed this week they have proof Kelly infected Rodgers with genital herpes.

In America is it illegal to infect someone with a sexually transmitted disease, without first properly notifying them of one's health status and obtaining consent to proceed with sexual activity. Kelly knowingly and repeatedly infected girls and women with the sexually transmitted disease, by hiding his health status. Kelly is currently facing four criminal cases for sexually abusing minors, brought in the U.S. states of New York, Illinois and Minnesota. If convicted 52-year-old Kelly could potentially face 70-years in prison.

Feds accuse R Kelly of spreading herpes

on August 18, 2019, 11:25am - R Kelly is the subject of two federal indictments, one in New York and another in Illinois, both involving a litany of sex crimes. In the New York case specifically, the disgraced R&B singer is charged with racketeering and violations of the Mann Act, as well as with having unprotected sex with a young woman without telling her “he had contracted an infectious venereal disease.” Earlier this month, Kelly pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Last year, a woman named Faith Rodgers accused Kelly of spreading a sexually transmitted disease without her knowledge. Dallas police investigated her claim, but ultimately decided not to move forward with charges. However, earlier this year Rodgers testified before a federal grand jury, and her allegations were included in the New York indictment.

According to Bossip, federal prosecutors have warned Kelly’s legal team that they have proof that Kelly gave Rodgers a STI. In an August 15th email, Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Geddes said her office had obtained Kelly’s health and medical records from Walgreens, University Health Systems, and Urgent Care, which provide proof Kelly received ongoing treatment for the herpes virus...
