Flo Rida Ordered To Pay $50,000 In Legal Fees In Child Support Case

Miami rapper Flo Rida, real name Tramar Lacel Dillard, has been ordered to pay $50,000 in legal fees in the child support case brought against him by Alexis Adams, the mother of his mentally and physically disabled 2-year-old son, Zohar Paxton. Adams’ attorneys worked on contingency, meaning she had to pay no money up front, but they would be awarded legal fees via judicial order when the case prevailed in court. Judge Sara Atzmon also ruled Flo Rida must continue to pay $9,000 per month in child support payments to Adams.

Flo Rida and Adams have been fighting in court for 2-years, as he abandoned her during pregnancy and denied the baby is his child. Adams had a difficult, painful pregnancy, as doctors discovered she was carrying a child with a high risk of disability. She nearly bled to death during delivery at the hospital.

Flo Rida angered at her pregnancy and the news the baby is mentally and physically disabled, labeled the beautiful little boy a “devil child.” Paternity tests concluded the baby is Flo Rida’s son. However, he still refuses to have anything to do with the child, which has devastated Adams.

Flo Rida slammed Adams for getting pregnant, revealing she tried to trap him with a baby. He deemed Adams a groupie he had sex with from time to time and not someone he was in a relationship with or wanted to marry. Flo Rida has been dating many women and was not looking to become a father at this time. Therefore, his resentment towards Adams grew. Flo Rida’s treatment of Adams and his child is shameful.

October 23, 2018 | 1:52 PM - Bronx, NY – Flo Rida recently learned he has a couple of hefty legal bills to take of in regard to his “devil child” with ex Alexis Adams. According to legal documents obtained by Bossip, Judge Sara Atzmon ordered the veteran artist to continue paying $9,000 a month in child support payments for their son Zohar.

Flo must also come up with another $50,000 for Adams’ legal fees with $10,000 of that sum going towards legal fees from her previous attorneys and $40,000 being allotted to her current legal team. “Often times it’s the party with the money that ends up paying the attorney’s fees,” Atzmon explained to Flo over a telephone call during the Bronx Family Court hearing...

In May, Flo made headlines when he referred to the disabled 2-year-old boy as a “devil child” and claimed he was “evil.” Zohar suffers from numerous health issues, including hydrocephalus, a neurological condition that required the child to undergo surgery. A month later, a judge denied Flo’s attorney’s request to throw out the case.
