of Believe have evened off and on its current trajectory is not matching
the success of his debut CD. Is Bieber fever waning? Could be.
Bieber's fanbase know so much about him at this point in time and now
that he is an adult, some of his younger audience have switched their focus
to other things. That’s the nature of the teen pop music business. His
second album is considered a success, but where his career goes from this
point is up in the air.
