For weeks the Judiciary Report has insisted Lindsay Lohan was back to her old destructive ways. However, her reps kept denying it. Today, TMZ broke the news Lohan has flunked drug tests, while out on probation, on a string of DUI arrests. A probation violation hearing is scheduled, where she could face 30-days in jail per test failed.
