Lindsay Lohan oddly smiling for the camera like she is on a film set when she is up on grand theft charges

Why does former actress, Lindsay Lohan, refuse to take her situation seriously, regarding run-ins with the law. It is unsettling that she is making a mockery of the court, by not only showing up in inappropriate attire, she is constantly smiling for the cameras, like her lawlessness is something good, when it is reprehensible.

She just doesn't get it. Under the circumstances, no real director or producer will take her seriously for anything, as she continues to exhibit such a significant disconnect from reality and the consequences of her actions. 

What is she smiling about?

You would think that would keep her out of trouble, in a bid to show people she has changed, but she repeatedly makes terrible choices over things that end up costing her more than she has gained through criminal conduct. That's not smart.
