A second U.S. judge has ruled the health care plan of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is unconstitutional. Judge Roger Vinson of Pensacola, Florida decreed, to force Americans to purchase health insurance is a violation of the U.S. Constitution. The Judiciary Report is not in favor of President Obama's health care law, which added over a trillion dollars to the U.S. deficit, but it does not appear unconstitutional.

Case in point, American motorists are forced to purchase insurance for vehicles, lest they face penalties from the authorities. This has been enforced for years. The health care plan would be no different, but it is a wasteful bill, with items quietly tucked away in it that many Americans do not approve of, such as abortion funding. The Republican Party has vowed to dismantle President Obama's health care law in any manner they can and this is clearly apart of their plan.

The Washington Times wrote, "In ruling against President Obama's health care law, federal Judge Roger Vinson used Mr. Obama‘s own position from the 2008 campaign against him, when the then-Illinois senator argued there were other ways to achieve reform short of requiring every American to purchase insurance. 'I note that in 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did not include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that, ‘If a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house.’” Once again, the President's words have come back to haunt him, much like his campaign promises.
