Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, 74 is in trouble again. He has been placed under criminal investigation for underage prostitution. The probe centers around his relationship with a 17-year-old Moroccan runaway that goes by the name, Ruby Heartbreak (Karima el Mahroug).
