The Body Of Actress Naya Rivera Recovered From Lake Piru (Video)

July 15. 2020

The body of 33-year-old Hollywood actress, Naya Rivera, was retrieved from Lake Piru in California on Monday, after a 5-day search. Rivera went missing last Wednesday after going for a swim with her 4-year-old son Josey Dorsey.

Rivera rented a pontoon boat for 3-hours and when it was not returned on time, management went to locate the watercraft. They found Rivera's little boy sleeping on the pontoon. He was wearing a life jacket and Rivera's was on the boat. Authorities were then summoned over missing Rivera.

Upon speaking to the child, authorities stated his mother mustered enough strength to put him back onto the unanchored pontoon boat. However, the boy stated that when he turned around he saw his mother disappear beneath the water.

When Rivera went missing I began writing about the incident on the social networking website Twitter. I immediately stated she was gone. I did not feel like she was still alive. Days prior to her being being recovered from the water deceased, I repeatedly stated her body is caught in the bramble underneath the surface of the lake and likely being moved around by the whirlpools and vortexes, shifting her from south to north (CCTV revealed she entered the water from the southwest section of the lake).

Yesterday, Rivera was found in the northeastern part of the lake (according to the Washington Post), trapped in the bramble just below the surface, confirming my previous statements on Twitter. The whirlpools did also move the body from south to north as I suspected and stated on Twitter.

On Sunday, I prayed that authorities would find her body for the sake of her son, so he would have closure and not spend his life going to the lake searching for his mother and wondering about her whereabouts. At least he will not have that burden and they can give her a proper burial.

Rivera is the ninth person to drown at dangerous Lake Piru (which linguistically translates into Lake Devil, the Devil's Lake or Demon Lake). It is unwise to give things negative names, as it can take on said characteristics, breeding tragedy and devastation.

State authorities in California need to ban swimming in Lake Piru. I am of the belief had Rivera known the dangers regarding the whirlpools and vortexes present, due to the nearby dam, she would not have gone into the water or taken her son, whom she loved, into the lake.

Years ago a 9-year-old girl wading in the shallow end of Lake Piru was pulled under by a whirlpool. A struggle ensued, as her dad tried to pull her out of the whirlpool/vortex created by the lake. He did his best but was unable to stop the whirlpool from taking her under. When the family retrieved the child's body shortly after, it was "unrecognizable" due to the battering from the forceful whirlpool created by the dam. No one should be swimming in that lake. The currents are too strong for any human to withstand.

People online are stating the show "Glee", which was about gay and bisexual high school kids, is cursed. Not because Rivera drowned, but due to the fact two other actors from the show have died as well in other ways. Pedophile and actor, Mark Salling, who used to date Naya, hanged himself on a tree when authorities began investigating and closing in on him for his sick sexual misconduct regarding children. Another actor from the show, Corey Monteith, was found dead in a hotel room, due to a heroin overdose and alcohol poisoning.

My time stamped tweets on Twitter.com about the story:
