Reports reveal voting among Democrats in America has slumped in the face of the terrible economy, which many hoped U.S. President Barack Obama would have fixed already (this is according to Gallup). However, each month the economic numbers being released from Washington continue to get worse.

This poses a serious problem for President Obama, who is a Democrat seeking reelection, which would equate to another four years in office. By contrast, the Republican voting base has been recharged and is planning voting drives across the nation for the November 2012 presidential election, where they seek to elect businessman Mitt Romney.
