Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford Clinic rehab worker, who went to the press, after disgraced Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, attacked and verbally abused her, has decided to not press charges. She has changed her mind, in what has the appearance of a pay off.

Holland gave pictures of her injuries to the website TMZ, who posted them online. The assault in reminiscent of other incidents of abuse Lohan inflicted on innocent people. However, Holland has mysteriously decided to not pursue charges, after initially stating she would do so.
