Fantasia Trying To Capitalize On Suicide Attempt

August 14. 2010

Fantasia and Antwaun Cook, who she probably calls "Twaun" filming in the park, two days after suicide attempt

Mentally unstable "American Idol" singer, Fantasia, is inappropriately and improperly attempting to capitalize on her attempted suicide, by not only rushing to film the aftermath of it, two days after it happened, but she has also rushed out a new song.

Fantasia's new track debuted today and it rips off the title, music and sound of the legendary blues hit "The Thrill Is Gone." It's disgraceful, disgusting and audacious how American Idol continues to steal copyrighted music, change it up a little, then criminally profit from the property of others (for more on other songs by numerous artists that "American Idol" has stolen click here).

I have no words for this picture

She really belongs in a psychiatric ward for using such a terrible moment as a publicity tool. Most people who try to commit suicide, don't pop up less than 48 hours later and start filming things. They are usually bedridden, depressed and emotionally devastated (for more on combating depression and suicide click here).

Attempted suicide and suicide are not a joke. To use it as a publicity ploy is inexcusable. What about her impressionable audience. Fantasia and her backers, clearly could care less about them, to have taken such a terrible approach, to what is a very serious subject. She should not be famous. Hollywood stooped to a new low with this incident, as it was clearly done for publicity.
