Now there's a report regarding an FBI employee being in possession of child porn. On April 27, 2021, FBI computer technician, Justin D. Carroll, who had security clearance at all times relevant to the criminal charges, was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee, for the "sexual exploitation of children and receipt of child pornography."

It is being reported, "According to the criminal complaint, Carroll was identified as the user of an email address which was connected to the facilitation and exchange of sexually explicit images and videos between Carroll and a 14-year-old female in Rhode Island."

There is something very wrong with the FBI. In a previous article I wrote about the mainstream press report regarding the FBI being the world's biggest distributor of child porn (Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn).

The FBI uses their child porn sites as a method of attracting pedophiles to allegedly arrest them, but you have to question the judgment and sanity of any agency or entity that does not see how sick it is to repeatedly victimize children illegally used in child porn, via hosting the world's biggest child porn sites as a trap for sexual degenerates. The FBI is victimizing sexually abused kids all over again by hosting the disgusting, despicable child porn videos and images. It's sick. Take the sites down.

FBI Electronics Technician Charged With Child Pornography Crimes

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – April 27, 2021 – An Antioch, Tennessee man employed by the FBI as an electronics technician was charged today with sexual exploitation of children and receipt of child pornography. Justin D. Carroll, 38, was arrested by FBI agents this morning when he arrived to work at the Nashville FBI office. He will appear before a U.S. Magistrate Judge later today.

The announcement was made by Acting U.S. Attorney Mary Jane Stewart for the Middle District of Tennessee and Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Douglas Korneski of the FBI Memphis Field Office.

“I commend the leadership of the FBI for their quick and decisive action in this matter,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Stewart. “Once the suspect was identified as an FBI support employee, agents took swift action to prevent the continued victimization of this child and others. We will continue to work vigorously with our FBI partners to hold this individual accountable.”

“Once the FBI became aware of the alleged crime, an investigation was immediately initiated and investigated with all expediency, which culminated in today’s arrest,” said SAC Korneski. “Anyone who commits a federal crime should know that the FBI will investigate to the fullest extent allowable by law, particularly when they are one of our employees.”

According to the criminal complaint, Carroll was identified as the user of an email address which was connected to the facilitation and exchange of sexually explicit images and videos between Carroll and a 14-year-old female in Rhode Island.

The investigation began in March when a package was received at the Nashville FBI Office and although addressed to the building address, no recipient was indicated on the label. The package had a return address that listed the name and Rhode Island address of an individual who was later identified as a 14-year-old female. The nature of the package prompted a response from FBI bomb technicians and once opened, the package contained a teddy bear and candies.

Further investigation determined that the 14-year-old female met Carroll in an online chat room in the summer of 2020 and their communications continued over multiple communication platforms and eventually transitioned to Google Hangout and email, including her school email account.

Messages sent by Carroll consisted primarily of descriptions of intercourse and professions of love and included sexually explicit photos and videos exchanged between Carroll and the minor female. All communications sent from and received by Carroll were determined to have been sent from his personal devices. Carroll had previously provided the minor female with his mailing address, listing the Nashville FBI Office’s street address.

The investigation also identified other accounts with which Carroll engaged or attempted to engage in sexually explicit conversations with minors and the investigation remains active. If convicted, Carroll faces a minimum of 15 years and up to 50 years in prison. This investigation is being conducted by the FBI. Assistant U.S. Attorney Carrie Daughtrey is prosecuting the case. A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
