Hollywood Director Michael Bay Canceled By Social Networking For His Abusive And Sexist Treatment Of Actress Megan Fox (Video)

June 24. 2020

Social networking has been slamming misogynistic “Transformers” director Michael Bay, 55, for his mistreatment of actress, Megan Fox, 34. He has been cancelled for his behavior. Since the time Fox was an underage girl, Bay has been sexually exploiting and objectifying her on and off the screen.

She developed an intense annoyance and resentment of his conduct, which eventually boiled over and resulted in her being fired from the “Transformers“ franchise. I warned about this issue a decade ago in a series of articles, but it is just receiving the attention it deserves (Megan Fox Shook Her Butt For Michael Bay At 15).

When she was an underage girl and looking for her acting break, rather than give her a nice, wholesome role in his film “Bad Boys II” as he did other minors in the movie, a 34-year-old Bay placed a 15-year-old Fox in a bikini and poured water all over her in a club scene, which was highly inappropriate of him.

Bay could have cast Fox as someone’s pretty, properly dressed daughter in “Bad Boys II” so she could receive the film credit on her résumé/CV. However, Bay chose to sexually objectify Fox, a minor at the time, which is creepy and wrong. I would have cast her as someone’s wholesome daughter. He didn’t even have to give her a speaking part. She could have just appeared on screen as a part of someone’s family. She just wanted her break. I don’t know why Bay thought it was okay to sexualize a 15-year-old. To this day I’m stunned.

In another incident, Bay made Megan wash his sports car in a bikini when she was a teenager, as an audition for “Transformers.” Once again, objectifying a young girl for his gratification and her degradation. He has a problem. What does washing a car in a bikini have to do with “Transformers.” There wasn’t even a scene in the film of that nature. Again, Bay was being degrading and sexually exploitative. To get the role, this is what she had to do. Many actresses unwillingly put up with sexual harassment and the casting couch, as they are coerced into doing such things to get movie roles.

Fox was never in love with Bay. He knew that and was punishing her for it. Rather than act like an adult, he misused his authority as director on a regular basis, as he wanted to marry her, but she rejected the idea of it. He treated Megan as his creation, as he made her famous, rather than looking at her as a human being.

During the filming of “Transformers” when Fox was 18-years-old, in behind the scenes acts, Bay forced Fox to wear skimpy, half naked costumes and model them for the male members of the cast and crew, who made sexual comments about her appearance.

Fox expressed that she hated having to do this. It was degrading. He was parading her around like a piece of meat. Bay was completely out of order to have forced an unwilling actress to do this. However, this is the attitude some in Hollywood have regarding others. They put you in their project and believe you owe them your life and body. It’s very unprofessional. All that was owed was verbal thank yous and good on screen performances.

Things reached boiling point when Bay became resentful of Fox’s relationship with actor Brian Austin Green. I wrote about this subject years ago as a warning. Fox, at age 18, before she became famous in the “Transformers” film, met 30-year-old former “90210” heartthrob Green.

When Fox met Green, she flirted with him and held his hand as a clear signal of liking him. The feeling was mutual. She fell in love with him and willingly dated Green. Then she moved in with him and helped him take care of his young song. There was no casting couch. Just two people who fell in love. Sometimes people fall in love with others who look like them. Fox and Green look a lot alike. Then they became engaged and later got married.

Bay became angry at the whole thing. Bay was acting like he owned Fox. He became meaner than ever to her on the “Transformers” film sets. By the second film, she got tired of the harassment and meanness and referred to him as “Hitler.”

Hollywood director, Steven Spielberg, a partner in “Transformers” who is Jewish, told Bay, who was adopted by a Jewish family, to fire Fox, as that was a horrible insult. To a Jewish person, being called “Hitler” is a massive insult and offense. However, Bay was being very abusive and evil to Fox.

I do not think she meant it as a slur on a Jewish person (Bay converted to Judaism). Many people use the term “Hitler” on non-Jews to indicate the person in question is evil. The name “Hitler” is synonymous with evil. That’s not a bad thing, as Hitler was absolute scum. I’ve seen people call former President, George W. Bush, “Hitler” and as he is responsible for the death of 1,000,000 Iraqis and the displacement of 4,000,000 in the region, who fled to Syria during the war.

I'm not convinced Fox is anti-Semitic, though Spielberg took the incident with Bay to mean that. After all, she later admitted she had a sexual fling with "Transformers" co-star, Shia LaBeouf, who is Jewish. She and Green were on a break at the time.

Fox lost her career, being fired from “Transformers 3” after years of being sexually exploited, harassed, insulted and degraded by Bay, who is not a good person. He’s harmed innocent people in his quest for money and fame as a director. I saw it firsthand.

The MeToo era that took down Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein, has been a wake up call for many, regarding the abuses transpiring in the industry. It’s time for Bay to admit what he too did to actresses is wrong.
