The biggest thief in Hollywood, Madonna

Hollywood, which is now nothing but a den of thieves, is petitioning Congress to create a new copyright law, which would permit them to steal intellectual property from anyone they choose. They are using semantics in how they seek to have the law worded. They are calling it "borrowing" which is pathetic and laughable. Call it what it is, stealing. You are lazy, dirty thieves, who do not belong in the entertainment industry, as you have no talent or creativity, and all you do is steal. You are engaging in criminal acts of theft and racketeering. This proposed law is a horrible admission that you are thieves.

Investor David Pullman, who buys copyrights as an investment stated of the proposed law, "They want to legalize copyright infringement." Indeed, but the only thing that surpasses current Hollywood stars and executives' greed is their stupidity. If you pass a law legalizing copyright infringement it also gives countless others in America and around the world the legal right to steal from you, Hollywood, in what would amount to billions in losses for Hollywood.

There would be no need for copyrights or licensing agencies anymore (no royalties for remakes and samples), as many non-Hollywood companies and individuals would have the legal right to just steal anything they want left, right and center, in acts that would collapse Hollywood. They could easily release the items online and much quicker than Hollywood (which has a lot of redtape and procedures independent artists and their indie labels do not have), gain many streams and a significant amount of ad revenue, all without penalty, which would massively cut into and decimate Hollywood's bottomline.

The works of the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Adele, Britney Spears and countless other major label recording artists would all be up for grabs to anyone who wishes to use it, in acts of "borrowing" to make new songs. The right to steal Hollywood is begging Congress for would become a two way street that burns them. It would be open season on Hollywood. However, in Hollywood's haste to steal they didn't think of that.

There is also something else Hollywood is not thinking about in this matter. So eager to steal everyone's copyrights, Hollywood has not thought about the fact the new proposed law would not stop Hollywood from being sued in many nations of this world for copyright infringement. There are many large territories such as Canada, Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, the Caribbean and nations in Africa, who maintain copyright laws, which means lawsuits can be brought against Hollywood and court judgments in the millions obtained.

Successful copyright infringement lawsuits have been brought against Hollywood in the international community. Therefore, a new law in America, insanely and disgracefully permitting Hollywood to steal, would only apply to the United States, which has no jurisdiction in the international community. Hollywood is a pathetic embarrassment to even ask Congress to pass such a corrupt law.

Hollywood is embarrassing Congress and the rest of the U.S. government, to the American people and the world, with this nonsense that the world is looking at with extreme scorn and contempt. It is an admission that current Hollywood has no talent, simply can't cut the mustard, are below average and substandard, but are seeking the disgraceful legal right to violate others property rights for undue enrichment.

In doing so, you are telling America and the world that you do not have the talent or ability to keep up with everyone else. It is going to end in absolute disgrace, dishonor and massive financial loss. At the end of the day, if you don't have the talent, ability and qualifications to do the job you currently hold (clearly acquired through fraudulent circumstances) you should not have said job.

Can you imagine a lazy, covetous set of people, who refuse to make an honest living, deciding to go to banks and rob them of their cash, while asking Congress to pass a law to make it legal for them to rob banks, as they, the thieves, lack ethics, morals and refuse to work hard in life. That's what Hollywood sounds like with this proposed law that is going to backfire big time.

It can also be compared to a person falsely calling themself a doctor - while having no qualifications, as they did not go to school, work hard and apply themself - telling Congress to pass a law to allow them to pretend to be a doctor, because they want the prestige and to make the large salary doctors do, but without the talent, university degree and medical board qualifications.

The solution to the problem is to actually sign recording artists, writers, producers and directors, who have real talent, can create original works and know what they are doing. There are such people in America. I see them all the time on You Tube, SoundCloud and Twitter. However, as Hollywood has become a sick cult, who call themselves "the Illuminati" and only sign the worst of the worst willing to do unspeakably evil things, talent is not a requirement and decent people want nothing to do with that.

Hollywood used to author original works years ago, but they do not anymore, as an untalented cult of depraved, untalented idiots, with ties to the Italian mafia families, has a stranglehold on the industry (also known as criminal racketeering, which constitutes RICO violations).

Mark my words, that very same cult, as backed by the corrupt FBI, are going to bring America down in the world, costing the nation everything. Said idiotic cult has been meddling in politics in America and other nations in illegal acts (Madonna's Kabbalah Cult Is A Threat To British National Security (Harvey Weinstein, Rupert Murdoch, Kevin Spacey)), medicine and science, among other things they are not qualified to be in. It is going to end in a massive scandal and disaster of epic proportions for America that leaves the world appalled and aghast.

They call themselves the Composers Breakfast Club, and in recent months, over smoked salmon and fresh fruit, they’ve grappled with one of the biggest threats facing their vocation: a tsunami of copyright infringement lawsuits that has many of them worried they’ll be the next ones forced to pay out millions of dollars for stealing a catchy riff.

In the composers’ eyes, infringement claims have gone too far. At one breakfast in July, they reenacted the 2015 copyright trial in which a jury found Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke had ripped off Marvin Gaye’s Got to Give It Up for their hit Blurred Lines, resulting in a $5.3 million judgment. The tongue-in-cheek proceedings (overseen by a “judge” whose day job is overseeing music legal issues at Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Production) resulted in the exact opposite verdict when the jury of about 50 composers in attendance overwhelmingly found that the newer song didn’t exactly copy Gaye’s.

In August a breakfast club member lamented the $2.8 million judgment against Katy Perry and her collaborators for copying a Christian rap song in her 2013 hit Dark Horse. The assembled composers shook their head in agreement that the jury of musical laypeople just hadn’t understood the difference between sounding similar and actually copying unique combinations of notes...
