A California judge recently ruled that Academy Award winning actress, Halle Berry, must pay her former boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, who is the father of her child, $250,000 per year in child support, regarding their daughter Nahla.

Was this fair? No, as Aubry is a model, who has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars during his career, but became accustomed to a very luxurious lifestyle with Berry in her home. However, Berry dumped him over being verbally abusive and using racial slurs against her. Aubry should be paying Berry child support, not the other way around, as he is the man in the relationship and destroyed their friendship by calling her a "ni*ger."
