Judge Rules Jussie Smollett Criminal Case Must Be Unsealed

Cook County Judge, Steven G. Watkins, has ruled on press requests to unseal the Jussie Smollett criminal case, regarding the disgraced Hollywood actor faking a hate crime Openly gay, black biracial Smollett, filed a false police complaint, stating a hate crime occurred against him in Chicago. Smollett claimed two white male President Trump supporters beat him up, doused him in bleach, yelled racial and homophobic slurs, and placed a noose around his neck.

Police investigated the case and discovered it was a hoax Smollett staged with friends from the show "Empire." Smollett was arrested, but former U.S. President, Barack Obama, and his wife, Michelle Obama, corruptly intervened in the case, causing a miscarriage of justice in his former constituency, in getting the narcissistic, crazy actor off on all charges.

The Obamas dispatched their aide, attorney Tina Tchen, to order Illinois Attorney General, Kim Foxx, to drop the charges against attention seeking Smollett. Foxx then dropped the charges. However, her job is in peril, as she is being investigated over the incident. Three prosecutors in Foxx's department have fled their posts under public death threats, losing their careers over Smollett's crazy lies.

Tchen has been subpoenaed by the government in the matter, but is refusing to answer the court document, as she broke the law in tandem with the corrupt Obamas, who got her and Foxx into a massive mess. Tchen has ordered security at her workplace to refuse government process servers admittance to the office, in bids at dodging being served the subpoena.

Former Judge, Sheila O'Brien, revealed a process server informed her that a security guard at Tchen's office, "Called up to her and spoke with her and she said that she is never going to accept service and to not allow me up to the law firm." That is not lawful. Tchen knows about the subpoena. To actively evade the government and on a serious legal matter is unethical. She's been hanging around the Obamas for too long.

Smollett has been sued by the City of Chicago for $130,000 in reimbursement regarding time and money, in reference to the the foolish police complaint he fraudulently filed, that wasted police resources. Smollett's foolishness has also resulted in "Empire" being cancelled and the show "Star" which are both produced by his older sugar daddy, Lee Daniels. Look at all this trouble they've caused. Jussie is so deluded. He thinks he's some great actor like Sidney Poiter. Dude you were in "Mighty Ducks." Sit your butt down.

Smollett and Daniels have been photographed intimately kissing each other on the mouth. Trust me, there are worst photos than that. You guys just haven't seen them (be happy you haven't seen them LOL). Smollett has dirt on Daniels, who had him on the casting couch, which is how he got the role on "Empire." Smollett also became quite friendly with Barack Obama, who is gay (There Have Been Massive Problems In The Obama Marriage).

Side Bar: Kim Foxx is under criminal investigation thanks to self-centered Jussie Smollett and the selfish Obamas. It is not often a black woman becomes Attorney General of a state and she is being disgraced and imperiled over this madness she did not cause, much like Loretta Lynch. You're a real set of cowards and jerks to repeatedly be spooling people into your criminal madness and getting them into trouble with the law.

If you want to be corrupt, at least be men and women enough to do it on your own and face the consequences of your crimes. Foxx is disgraced, her employees have lost their jobs, the police are upset, the City of Chicago is being dragged through the mud, all because you self-centered jerks are evil troublemakers out for money and attention. You don't care who you hurt or whose name you damage. Your behavior is pathetic and disgusting.
