Senator Sends Madonna Case To The Justice Department For Full Review - Part 2

Madonna And Her Cult Target Mentally Disabled Man's Condominium

This is a follow up to the July 9, 2019 Judiciary Report article "Senator Sends Madonna Case To The Justice Department For Full Review." In the article I wrote about the criminal fraud disgusting, evil Madonna commissioned against my mother as a form of harassment to her and me:

"Madonna has also been commissioning crimes through the court system. For example, she induced a law firm called Federated to sue my mother in court a year ago claiming she owed a mystery company $2,000. The case is before Judge Myriam Lehr. However, my mother never had an account with this mystery company. The account number listed in the case is fraudulent and does not match up to anything on my mother’s credit report or any account she has ever had.

When asked to produce documentation that my mother had an account with this mystery company or signed any contract with them, the Federated law firm has refused to do so for the past year. Under the rules governing Florida courts, the case should have been dismissed 6-months ago for "want of prosecution." However, the case has been mysteriously kept alive.

I accompanied my mother to court a year ago, as she walks with a walker. I was there to support her and help her get around. This dirty Federated law firm asked for my contact information, including my private email address, when I accompanied my mother to court (though I have nothing to do with this and my name is not even listed in the case) and I only gave it to them in an effort to try to sort out this mess.

They were only given my contact information to send documentation via email about this mystery company and debt they claim my mother owes. However, they have refused to send any proof, contract, receipt or documentation of any kind on the debt. Instead, for the past year, this questionable Federated law firm has spammed me on a regular basis with crazy emails making extortion styled demands for money neither I or my mother owes.

One year later, all they’ve done is send me these crazy emails, week in and week out, of a financially threatening and menacing nature. They never contact my mother, though they have her number and address. It’s always me they are sending these harassing, menacing emails demanding more and more money in a matter I have nothing to do with (and neither does my mother). The emails they send are especially weird and disgusting on holidays. Last month, I sent the matter to the Florida senator Congress referred the human rights abuse case to, as Madonna is behind this madness. Something in one of the emails gave it away."

Out of nowhere the case was "voluntarily dismissed with prejudice" 2-weeks ago by the Plaintiff, LVNV, represented by the Federated law firm. I'm very angry over the Plaintiff's conduct and that of the Federated law firm, which Madonna commissioned. The law firm committed perjury in court and at my mother's expense. On the day of the hearing, my mother was left feeling very unwell from being fraudulently hauled into court over a lie and under fraudulent pretenses.

My mom's blood pressure was up and she was feeling very sick/nauseous in that heat a year ago, as the temperature in Miami was very high that day. She could have had a heat stroke. She became dehydrated due to the heat while traveling to the court, which is a far distance. They imperiled my mother's health and all over a lie that a deranged, ugly, vile old stalker and madwoman, Madonna, commissioned in criminal violation of the law.

It's a terrible thing to witness and realize just how badly a dirty, thieving, despicable criminal can abuse and corrupt the justice system and for such sick, mentally deranged reasons against innocent people. They disgraced the court system with their behavior, showing how easy it is to abuse and corrupt it.

Here is a copy of the Plaintiff's "voluntary dismissal with prejudice" of the fraudulent case that was filed against my mother to harass her and me by default. I've redacted my mother's information for privacy reasons, but her first name is Millicent, as mentioned previously on the site (no money was paid by us or anyone else in this case and there was no settlement, the Plaintiffs dismissed it out of nowhere):

This is not the first time Madonna has criminally misused the court system to harass and terrorize us. As stated previously on the site, she commissioned criminal misconduct to put my former house in Miami Shores, Florida into foreclosure, through the Law Firm Of Marshall C. Watson. They illegally stole $250,000 in cash equity from my home via said fraudulent foreclosure.

A few years later, the Law Firm of Marshall C. Watson was indicted and found guilty by the State of Florida for inducing sitting court judges to "robo-sign" (mass sign many court documents without reading the contents) creating fraudulent foreclosures and illegally stealing people's homes and or the equity therein.

And just like in the well-publicized 2008 U.S. financial crisis, not a single person went to prison for the financial crimes committed against the public. The Law Firm Of Marshall C. Watson made no financial restitution to its many victims whose homes/equity they criminally stole and have reopened under a new business name. It sent the public the message that crime pays.

Marshall C. Watson criminally stole $215,000 is cash equity from my home. The house was located in Miami Shores and they also got someone at the village hall to place a fraudulent, unenforceable lien on my house for $42,000, fraudulently stating the roof was painted the wrong color (terracotta). Have you ever heard such rubbish. They criminally broke Florida Homestead law (regarding me and many others in Miami Shores) which states such liens are "unenforceable."

They enforced it anyway in criminal violation of Florida Homestead law to steal $42,000 in cash equity from my home. They were featured on Channel 10 News in Miami for breaking the law. However, once again, no one from the Miami Shores village hall or their corrupt lawyer Richard Sarafan went to prison for their felonious crimes, which stole many millions in equity from many homes in Miami Shores.

As stated in the previous article, when I began leasing a house from a millionaire newscaster, Kelly Mitchell, who owned 4 houses in the area and a luxury condo a few miles away, when I asked about buying it, one of Madonna's hackers fraudulently placed Mitchell's house into foreclosure and served me foreclosure papers on her house. It was bizarre and sick.

Mitchell brought me the legal paperwork showing her lawyer contacted the mortgage company and months of her mortgage payments were stripped away and mysteriously applied to the wrong account via someone else's mortgage. The bank labeled it a clerical error, in trying to avoid being sued for fraudulent foreclosure.

As mentioned previously on the site, Madonna has three hackers on staff for her and the Kabbalah Center, who are engaging in crimes on her behalf (hacking, computer intrusion, phone hacking, identity theft, racketeering). Much like Madonna's now incarcerated private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, had 3 hackers on staff at his West Hollywood, California office, when the FBI arrested him in a case they interviewed me, a victim, about 4-months prior to arresting him. He was sentenced to 15-years in prison.

Tampering with people's mortgages via commissioned criminal misconduct has been a part of Madonna's criminal conduct for years. The FBI knows about it and let her continue to commit these crimes, due to a bribe that was issued to former FBI Director, Robert Mueller, who obtained Executive Orders From George Bush And Barack Obama To Criminally Steal Copyrights Worth Billions For Madonna And Hollywood While Engaging In Heinous Human Rights Abuses That Left Innocent People Dead.

Mueller and another former FBI Director, James Comey, also corruptly did the same thing to an independent Florida submarine company (Former FBI Directors Robert Mueller And James Comey Criminally Defrauded Florida Submarine Company Out Of Billions Of Dollars In Copyrights And Patents To Benefit Former Employer Lockheed Martin Then Stonewalled Congress Regarding It). 

Ever since then they've been trying to bankrupt me (as they also did to the Florida submarine company in a matter that is also before Congress). What they illegally do is criminally try to steal your home, as it is your biggest asset that can be quickly liquidated and produce hundreds of thousands of dollars. Then, they target and try to destroy your company, in attempts at fully stealing its assets (intellectual property, prototypes, blueprints).

As stated previously, Madonna and the FBI began contacting some of my family and friends and threatening them (which is illegal), demanding they help them destroy me, via attacking and turning on me (they didn't). They tried to get my family and friends to turn on me and abuse me, which psychologists in respected publications revealed is a method of "isolation" cults and the FBI also uses regarding targets (as seen in the illegal FBI program COINTELPRO which they're still unlawfully using, despite telling Congress in hearings otherwise).

As stated in the article "Senator Sends Madonna Case To The Justice Department For Full Review" they bribed a lawyer to target my friend's house across the street. He wrote her a strange letter claiming she owed him $25,000 but provided no proof. She didn't know him from Adam. And at the bottom of the letter was the line "you may or may not owe this debt. If you fail to respond we will assume you do."

The next step he was trying to undertake is placing a $25,000 lien on her house (which she earned the down payment for by working for $2 per hour when she lawfully came to America as an immigrant from Jamaica). She paid off the house quicker than the 30-year mortgage by working 3 jobs and making higher monthly payments than required. Yet, there was this scumbag trying to place a fraudulent lien on her house in trying to send it into foreclosure to steal as much equity as he could via other items such as legal fees and expenses he would claim was owed in bringing the (fraudulent) legal action. However, I filed legal paperwork that squashed his illegal activity.

Madonna And Her Cult Target Mentally Disabled Man's Condominium

Speaking of fraudulent liens placed on personal property regarding real estate. There was another vile incident that occurred years ago. As stated previously on the site, my mother teaches disabled adults life skills to help them function well in society. She does so through a company contracted by The U.S. Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Years ago she did so in a classroom setting. Then, began doing so in a social worker setting. One of her mentally disabled clients, as they are called by the State of Florida via DCF, was underpaid his Social Security Disability since birth. He was born with the mental disability Down Syndrome. He is a very nice Puerto Rican man. One of the nicest, kindest people on earth. He is a very optimistic, hardworking person, who does not let his disability limit him.

After an audit, U.S. Social Security sent him a check for approximately $27,000 for the monthly underpayments since birth. My mom and I began looking for a condominium for him to buy with the money, thinking it would work out well for several reasons. If he had a low priced condo, it would be less than rent, which the government helped him with regarding his housing since birth. It would work out to less taxpayer money expended over time.

After looking at roughly a dozen properties, we found a foreclosed 1 and 1/2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom condo for him with a bank asking price of $35,000. It needed some work, but it was a good deal (especially for Miami, which is a fairly expensive place to live).

A large portion of the money went to a bigger than normal down payment out of the $27,000 Social Security gave him due to the underpayments since birth, as he did not earn a lot of money at his job at a Miami mall doing maintenance and janitorial work. So to qualify for a mortgage, the bank asked that he put down more money on the condo than the standard 5% (income qualification issue).

We found a bank that would finance the rest via a mortgage (Wells Fargo). His mortgage payment and insurance is roughly $250 on the condo, which if you know how expensive Miami is, where a 1-bedroom rental apartment can easily run $900 (which in his case the state would pay for as he is mentally disabled) the condo payment of $250 per month is dirt cheap.

The rest of the money he received for the Social Security underpayments from the government, went to buying kitchen appliances, living room furniture, a TV, a dining table, cleaning the carpet, changing light fixtures, overhauling the air conditioning/heating unit and having the walls painted a nice color I chose (I also helped him find inexpensive knickknacks at second hand stores for under $100) for his condo. The place turned out great.

As it was a foreclosure, from day one he had equity in the property. The paint job, new appliances and changing light fixtures also gave him more equity, as the place was fixed up very nicely. It looked like a model unit of a real estate development. The mortgage and title are in his name and his name alone. It is to be left for his preteen niece and nephew in the event of his passing, which hopefully won't be for a very long time.

In America, for a mortgage to be obtained and to close on a property, the title must be "free and clear" which means it has no liens on it. The title for the condominium was free and clear when it was purchased by him. Wells Fargo would never have approved the loan otherwise. We also obtained title insurance for him, which is standard in real estate transactions of this type. The bank selling the home sold it with a clear title as well. After he moved in, a letter arrives in the mail from the City of North Miami Beach. My mom's client has the mental age of about 12-years-old due to Down Syndrome. He gives her all his mail to read, as that's part of her job.

A letter from the City of North Miami Beach claimed there is an illegal enclosure in the condominium. Someone at the City of North Miami Beach slapped a fraudulent lien on the property and it began accruing interest and other penalties. Once again, the condo closing happened with both the selling bank and the bank issuing the buyer a mortgage (Wells Fargo) verifying in writing that the title is free and clear (meaning no liens). The title insurance also confirms it.

The condo is in a building where the units are the same. You can't enclose anything, as it was preset by the builder. You can't create an illegal "enclosure" (or a legal one). Structurally the layout does not permit it. The photos of the condo before and after the sale shows it is in the exact same structural condition (as it still is now).

The structure was not changed at all. Yet, an illegal, un-enforceable lien, in violation of Florida Homestead Law, was slapped on a mentally disabled man's condo, which is his home, and pride and joy. Once again, Madonna commissioned the criminal misconduct, just as she had done regarding my home, the Miami newscaster's house (Kelly Mitchell) I leased and inquired about buying, my friend's house across the street and then my mom's student's condo, a mentally disabled man with Down Syndrome. Madonna is a vile, dirty degenerate.

In all the years I lived in Miami, I never heard or saw anyone doing anything like this until insane Madonna and her insane cult began engaging in a host of vile crimes. Members of her cult were even coming up to me bragging about the crimes they'd been committing regarding the mortgages, among other things. She is behind this terrible, evil conduct, targeting people's mortgages to induce foreclosures and what is known as "fire sales" or courthouse auctions, where her strawbuyers go in and snap up properties.

Madonna claims the Kabbalah Center is a charity. They receive a tax exempt status from the I.R.S. which they don't deserve, as they aren't a real charity. They are pocketing and misusing charity money and status in a number of ways (Madonna Is Criminally Committing Charity Fraud Using Malawi's Name To Raise $100,000,000 In Donations And Only Using 5% Of The Money On The Impoverished African Nation Keeping The Rest For Herself).

Investigative reporters with the Today Show (NBC) and Newsweek magazine discovered and exposed Madonna's questionable conduct in real estate. Madonna and her cult have been going around buying foreclosed properties and have also become slum lords, while illegally using a tax exempt status from the IRS for a money making real estate scheme.

A Kabbalah cult representative even admitted to one of the reporters from the Today Show that they've been "buying up real estate." No legitimate charity goes around buying up real estate such as foreclosed homes or mansions, while using the proceeds to live in a row of several mansions in Beverly Hills (as Madonna and her fellow thieves, the Berg family, who help her run the Kabbalah cult do).

Madonna also illegally opened bank accounts in the Kabbalah cult's name in the Cayman Islands (which is tax free and maintains secrecy about account holders) in violation of U.S. tax laws, due to the cult's fraudulently obtained tax free charity status in America. Newsweek magazine outed Madonna on this criminal behavior.

They've unlawfully pushed some properties into foreclosure under highly questionable circumstances, via bribery at banks, law firms and through select city workers on councils. They've targeted homes with fraudulent foreclosures and then acquired them on the cheap when they hit foreclosure status and are sold for far less than they are worth. This is completely criminal. When you think about the fact that the American dream is said to be homeownership, Madonna's conduct is very ugly and un-American.

It's bad enough targeting me in violation of the Civil Rights Act (housing statutes therein) regarding my former house, but anyone who would do that to a hardworking mentally disabled man, who is also a minority (as mentioned above regarding my mom's mentally disabled client and his condominium) deserves to burn in the hottest spot in hell. Madonna is disgusting and despicable.
