Theresa May Making It As Difficult As Possible To Gain British Residency And Citizenship Much To The Detriment Of Britain

May 1. 2018

Theresa May

As the Windrush scandal continues to churn in Britain, due to Prime Minister, Theresa May, illegally turning legal permanent residents into illegal aliens, in violation of British and United Nations laws, more has come to light regarding her new immigration policies. May has been demanding four specific types of documents for every year a person has resided in Britain, as proof of residency, to avoid the mass deportation she is has unlawfully engaging in, ripping thousands of families apart. However, how many people have really saved four bills and health insurance items since 1948.

May is trying to make it as difficult as possible to reside in Britain or obtain British citizenship and she is doing so to the country's detriment. There are businesspeople in the international community who have given up on Britain due to May's extreme rules, opting to invest their money and create businesses elsewhere in the world. That's a sizeable loss in foreign investment, all because the Prime Minister hates foreigners.

Every nation needs foreign investment. It creates jobs and brings in wealth. Not to mention, Britain is again facing a labor shortage (as in the days of Windrush) and is in need of skilled foreign workers in the tech sector and for the National Health Service (NHS) such as doctors, nurses and medical technicians. May clearly failed economics, wasn't paying attention in class or her hatred for foreigners is greater than her desire to see Britain financially prosper.

The Caribbean people from the Windrush Generation, came to Britain between 1948 and 1971. They were automatically granted citizenship under the British Nationality Act of 1948, as they were from the Commonwealth. They were told, as were their Caribbean governments, that these members of the Commonwealth, who moved to Britain during that time period to ease labor shortages and rebuild the nation after World War II, are "British citizens" with "the same rights as Britons." No one told them to apply for citizenship because they were told they are British "citizens."

Decades later, here comes Theresa May, who decides to change immigration rules and destroy evidence of the Caribbean people landing in Britain. This was a pretext to deportation. Worst of all, she is deporting so many old people, who worked hard in Britain for decades and paid their taxes.

May has single-handedly destroyed the name of the British government in the world with this appalling behavior that has made every major global newspaper. It has also been featured on international news networks to her shame. People are astonished at May's government and are comparing it to Hitler's Nazi reign.

1940s Britain had a significant amount of racism, unlike modern day Britain, which is much more civil and tolerant. Decades ago, blacks and Irish faced terrible incidents of racism. And you mean to tell me that 1940s Britain has more racial civility than modern day May, as they actually invited members of the Commonwealth to the "mother country" and kept their word in giving them citizenship and not revoking it, until the current Prime Minister, who has been engaging in sinister, underhanded behavior, in illegally taking it away and deporting people like a dictator. What on God's green earth is this. May should be really embarrassed and ashamed.

When you do something in life, own up to it. However, May is hiding behind other politicians (Home Secretary Amber Rudd who carried out May's orders and opposition leaders in the Labour party who did not do this). May is trying to dodge all accountability for a horrendous scandal of human rights abuses that are her brainchild. This is all her own making. She came up with this evil and executed it like a vicious, hateful dictator.

May could not contain her hatred for foreigners and decided to take Britain back in the worst way possible and from people of color who played a significant role in rebuilding it, after it was bombed into a terrible state of destruction during the war. Former British Prime Minister, David Cameron, another racist, who cleared agreed with her criminal conduct, allowed it to fester, giving her free reign as Home Secretary. It laid the foundation for the scandal that is currently devouring May's government and giving the opposition (Labour) an advantage to state she cannot properly govern - and all the proof is there that she cannot do so.

I am a conservative and dual citizen of the Commonwealth and I'm telling you, May's conduct is untenable. I was rooting for her to do well, but there's no fixing this scandal. All the trust is gone. She needs to go. No amount of reassurances from May will work or be believed by the Commonwealth. That's a bloc of 2 billion people who now don't trust her. Read the comments online. People have no confidence in May.

She took us back to a dark, heinous and terrible place in history we never wanted to see again - the racism and division of slavery and the segregation of the early 1900s. This woman conspired to take away the rights, jobs, pensions and homes of people of color from the Commonwealth who have lawfully lived in Britain for decades, sending out deportation notices, like she is tossing out the garbage at Downing Street. She will always be remembered for this evil. This is her legacy.

It's time for her to be legally removed from office. She needs to resign or be voted out. As it stands, her behavior is going to cost the Conservative Party a significant number of votes due to scandal and twofold by her digging her heels in. They will not thank her for it when votes are lost. However, they should have spoken up and reined in these human rights abuses May, Rudd and others in the party have committed. Many of them knew and silence is consent.

Side Bar: I am in favor of immigration. My English ancestors (among others) moved to Jamaica decades ago and built lives on the island. I am glad they did so. I have a love for the British people. I am proud of my African ancestry and I am also proud of my British ancestry (I'm proud of all the nations in my ancestry). At the end of the day, we're all just human beings. We all want good lives and to be happy. There's nothing wrong with that. You can't fault a person for wanting a better life.
