Additional victims of pedophile singer, R Kelly, have come forward
to authorities and the press,
speaking about the ordeal they went through at his hands. In
1996, 16-year-old Latresa Scaff and 15-year-old Rochelle
Washington, won 92Q radio station concert tickets to Kelly's
concert in Baltimore, Maryland.

taken just 2-years after Kelly illegally wed 15-year-old singer,
Aaliyah, when he was 27-years old.
They were excited to meet R Kelly, as he was one of their
favorite singers. They attended the concert, where R Kelly
spotted them. He arranged for someone in his entourage to bring
the girls to him. However, to lower their defenses, the underage
girls were illegally given alcohol and marijuana, then taken to
R Kelly's hotel room, in an intoxicated state.
Latresa Scaff is now 40-years-old and Rochelle Washington is
39-years old
R Kelly entered the hotel room exposing himself (his penis) to
the 15-year-old and 16-year-old. Washington became
scared and locked herself in the bathroom to get away from him. R Kelly then went
after underage Scaff, raping the drunk and high underage girl,
he had a member of his entourage supply intoxicants to in
violation of the law.

Under
the law, R Kelly's conduct constitutes statutory rape, as minors
cannot consent to sex of any kind. The victim
was also under the influence of drugs and alcohol, which in the
eyes of the law makes the crime worse with more severe penalties.
Members of R Kelly's entourage have repeatedly aided him in
criminal conduct regarding underage girls, from procuring and
providing a fake identification card enabling him to illegally
marry 15-year-old singer Aaliyah when he was 27, to scoping out
and drugging minors for his deviant sexual purposes. Members of
his entourage who have broken the law should be held legally
accountable as well.

Incident after incident is showing beyond the shadow of a doubt
that R Kelly is a sexual predator and cannot remain free. He is
going to keep raping underage girls if he is not put in prison.
There are so many victims he has left scarred and traumatized.
At this point it is dozens of underage girls, many of whom are
now adult women struggling to cope with what he did to them. And
he keeps finding new young victims. This is a man who could have gotten just about any
(adult) woman he
wanted, but kept raping underage girls. The whole thing is
appalling and has to stop. Protect young girls from people who
behave in this illegal, exploitative manner.
