Molina Healthcare Lawyer No Longer Defending Death Threat Case Concerning Man They Hired With Ties To Los Angeles Street Gang Who Threatened Defenseless Customer

November 9. 2018

Molina Healthcare

This is a follow up to the August 23, 2018 article entitled "Molina Healthcare Engaging In Very Poor Screening Of Drivers Leading To Death Threat Issuing Man With Gang Ties Being Hired To Transport Vulnerable Sick Patients." There has been a new development regarding the matter.

In the aforementioned article, I wrote about two lawyers representing the worst healthcare company in America, Molina Healthcare Inc, in a lawsuit where Molina is the defendant. The case was being defended by Molina Healthcare Inc's attorneys, Edward A. Stummp and Robert C. Bohner, who work for the Hinshaw law firm. Molina Healthcare is not doing proper checks on the drivers they hire to transport sick patients to doctors appointments and hospitals, which is very dangerous to Molina Healthcare Inc customers (people who have Molina's health insurance).

Hinshaw & Culbertson also known as the Hinshaw law firm

Molina Healthcare Inc hired a man to be one of their drivers and he has ties to a dangerous Los Angeles street gang. The driver issued a death threat to a Molina Healthcare Inc customer he was transporting to and from the hospital. Since I wrote about this subject, naming the two Molina Healthcare Inc lawyers at the Hinshaw law firm, who were defending the reprehensible, criminally negligent actions of Molina, the main attorney who brought the case to the law firm, Edward A. Stumpp, is no longer with the firm.

Edward A. Stumpp

This is the second lawyer that is no longer representing Molina in legal matters connected to the case, as Stumpp's colleague from his previous firm, Sedgwick, had dropped out as well. The Hinshaw law firm simply stated in an email regarding Stumpp, "He is no longer with the firm." Robert C. Bohner remains on the case. However, the legal action mirrors another lawsuit filed in the State of California, regarding invasion of privacy and HIPAA violations by a company in the medical field, which went through the legal system and won in court. It cites the same laws/statutes.

Yet, one month ago, shortly after Stumpp was out at the firm over bringing them such a damaging lawsuit that I wrote about giving them bad publicity to millions online, Bohner stated to the presiding judge on the case that he believes the lawsuit should not proceed. The judge told him to proceed with discovery, which should have begun already and asked why it is taking so long (which is because of illegal shenanigans by Molina Healthcare and Hinshaw law).

Robert C. Bohner

Molina and their lawyers didn't even deny what the driver illegally did, because he did issue a repugnant death threat to a defenseless Molina Healthcare customer. He was also caught on camera. Yet, rather than do the right thing and make amends, Molina Healthcare and Hinshaw law are engaging in unethical, highly questionable legal maneuvers in court that is a disgrace to the legal system.

More on this case shortly. All the criminals involved in the matter need to be fully exposed to the world, so the public can see their vile actions, in dragging the U.S. healthcare system to unprecedented lows. People should be able to go to a doctor or the hospital without being subjected to vile death threats. In closing, I do not advise that you use Molina Healthcare Inc or the services of the Hinshaw law firm. Their behavior is causing people serious harm.
