Convicted woman beater, Chris Brown, seeking to sop up some of the spotlight of teen star, Justin Bieber, has expressed a desire to go on tour with the teen star. The two did a song together, where Brown lecherously benefited from Bieber’s popularity and now he is back for more, seeing to accompany him on tour.
