President Obama Launches Reelection Campaign As His Popularity Plummets

April 5. 2011

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama has launched his reelection campaign, replete with a new website. In America, presidents are elected for four year terms. One can only be president for a maximum of two terms. The rival Republican Party, launched its first ad this past weekend, in hopes of beating the president to the punch, in any reelection adverts he hopes to launch (New 2011 Political Ad Mocks Obama).

President Obama has made a lot of enemies in the two and a half years he has been in office, via questionable decisions made to benefit campaign donors. Said enemies have vowed to ruin any reelection bid he launches. Translation - don't hold your breath on getting back in and time to go to the post office and fill out your change of address forms. Because when you dance with the devil, don't expect him not to drop you flat on your butt when the music stops.
