30-year-old Ashley Bolach Darby of the reality show “Real Housewives Of Potomac” has struggled with whispering on the show that she is a gold digger and her older husband, Michael Darby, is gay. A year ago, Michael was accused of pinching a man’s bottom without permission, but the camera did not pick it up during the episode. However, others witness it.

Ashely’s costars have broached the subject to her on past episodes of the show, warning her that her marriage is not on solid ground. Ashley denied the rumors about Michael‘s sexuality and his sexually touching men without permission, but a new incident has proven the rumors true.

Ashley’s husband Michael is in criminal trouble, as he has been charged with “felony assault” and “misdemeanor improper sexual conduct.” Michael gave a male camera man a “flirtatious look” then grabbed, groped and assaulted him on the set. The cameraman became angry, demanding Michael stop and complained to the show’s management. As such, Michael has been kicked off the show.

In the age of the MeToo movement, regarding women and men coming forward about being sexually assaulted and or raped in the entertainment industry, which has grown to incorporate other sectors of business, you would think people engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior against others would stop.

As I have stated and maintained on this site and will restate again, I think it is highly inappropriate and unkind for a man to get into a relationship or marriage with a woman, while pursuing men on the side. That’s a cruel thing to do to a woman. It creates heartbreak and insecurity issues. It makes a woman wonder if she is not woman enough, when the man is actually the one with the issue.

Women have developed depression and hang ups over men lying to them about being in love, using them as a beard, then cheating with men behind her back. It is even more difficult for women when the incidents become public knowledge, as some people laugh and mock the situation.

Women who are lesbians that are in relationships with straight men or marry them, while having sex with women on the side, also create unfair, similar insecurities and hang ups in men, many of whom are teased by other males over their partner being gay. Other males mock them that they are not man enough. None of that is fair. Don't be dishonest with people and use them for money or as a cover for your sexuality.

And People reported Thursday that the real estate mogul had been charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual conduct after a cameraman claimed he'd been grabbed and groped by him while filming. TMZ reported that the cameraman said Michael gave him 'a flirtatious look' after the grope and the man instructed Michael to stop, later telling his supervisor.

In a statement, as reported by People, Bravo explained it has 'comprehensive policies and guidelines relating to the safety of cast and crew which production companies are required to follow, in addition to their own protocols they have in place. The network added: 'We take all allegations seriously and then proceed accordingly with our producing partners. Bravo and Truly Original, the production company for ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac,’ have suspended filming with Michael Darby.'...
